Well, thank You Lord- I took my two Bible content exams today. One was 100 questions on the Old Testament, and the second was 100 questions on the New Testament. You can ask Bryan -I was a nervous wreck the past couple of days. Poor guy, he’ll deserve a medal before I’m done with this semester me-thinks. Anyway, they went very very well. They were a lot easier than I anticipated and I am confident that I passed so I won’t have to take them again. (I have to get 75 out of 100 right.) Thank You Lord! Two (little) things off my plate. Just wait until my comprehensive exams come- Bryan will definitely need your prayers then 🙂
Anyway, just wanted to give you guys an update. We’re off to ice cream soon to celebrate-
no Olive Garden here, Jess…
Oh, also- if people don’t start commenting we may stop writing as much. So, (especially family) if you want us to continue updating every other day or so PLEASE let us know that you exist. Thanks.
Oh my goodnesss, I can’t believe you are forcing people to comment on you’re stupid blog. Sheesh.
No, no! My mom used a similar standard for my brother and I. If we didn’t scream at the top of our lungs once an hour or so, she assumed we were dead and started preparing for burial. All you future roommates who wondered why I’d just scream while I slept now know My Terrible Secret. Beware.
(Actually, I’ve just been a bit distracted lately, for reasons you both know all about. Seriously, guilting me into typing at a time like this really is a bit much. Maybe you should listen to your husband after all, Erika.)
I’m here…take pity on the sad girl who wishes she was in Israel…
I like it. I definitely read it every day, even if I don’t comment. I LOVE hearing about what you’re learning and your adventures and such. Sorry about the no Olive Garden. Very sad. Glad to hear the tests went well… however. What a blessing. Around here the girls whose husbands are in school are devising special gifts (vacations, jewelry, craft supplies, etc.) for when their husbands are done. They deserve it! Bryan, you may have to come up with something! Missing you lots! Hope all is well.
Keep Posting – I’m reading!!! 🙂 Dan and I are a little busy with moving details – we’re headed to Nashville September 29th!!
Donna said – I add that part because they make me anonymous. I don’t comment but it doesn’t mean we don’t look every day!!!! Your my daughter – of course I care. You should know by now that I’m not a real talker Er. That should bring some comments. love you mom N
I LOVE YOUR BLOG TOO!! I look everyday…sorry that I dont comment. But I love hearing about your adventures…keep up the updates! Glad to hear your tests went well, I wouldnt have expected anything less from you Erika-you’re one smart cookie!! 🙂 Say hi to Bryan…we miss you guys!
So I have to email and skype AND reply to your blog?????????? What kind of time do you think I have? Besides its obvious you don’t really listen to your “readers” since you out-voted us on the poll.
Since you don’t care about our opinions as to where you should go why do you want our comments? I do love you.
By the way – Mom that is such a lie that you’re not a talker.
GET OVER IT WE ALL HAVE LIVES… and dial-up. Love ya!
We’re all here Erika and now we have it in writing that your mom does tell lies. We just got back from Pa. Went to Wash. DC to offer our services but nobody seemed interested. Luv ya and heep updating us even if we don’e acknowledge we are here.
