More pics from our time in Connecticut with Jared and Lori and the family. I have to be honest, I think the last picture is so sweet 🙂
The first pic is of me and Aliza, the second is Bryan and I in front of one of the last whaling ships to still be around. No longer used obviously. I think it was last used early 1930’s but don’t quote me on that. The third was taken in front of the ‘famous’ Mystic pizza place that became famous bc of a movie centered around it with Julia Roberts. I never saw the movie. The last pic is of Bryan and Aliza. Say it with me now, awwwwww.
Well, life continues on. My family has left me alone once again and gone to Alaska to visit my older sister and her family but I am not hurt or bitter. I have been left alone to run the church, sigh. It’s a hard job but someone has to do it. So, for three hours every day in the morning for the next three weeks I will sit in the office pretending to be working hard just in case someone stops in 🙂 Bryan and I have also moved into my parents house to take care of the cat and house sit. It’s nice being in town again and ‘home.’
The service last Sunday went incredibly well. God was very faithful and we’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback about it. I don’t how Bryan felt but I enjoyed being up their with him teaching on the Bible together. Bryan is suppose to put our message on the internet for all our million fans that want to hear it 🙂 I’ll let you know.
I enjoy seeing the pics! We got another ‘slice of heaven’ with Carol and Will 🙂 Hey, do you have a pic of our fam up on the ship? I was thinking you used your camera.
See you in a few weeks.
Lori
I’m so jealous…I’ve always wanted to go to Conneticut to get a “slice of heaven” after seeing that movie. It is cute, you should see it.
Glad to hear everything is going well in Ludington…any chance you’ll be in GR anytime soon??!! 🙂
