Well, Rina’s room is finally set up, somewhat, and she’s only 8 mos old! I know, I know, procrastination is a definite struggle of mine. The reason I said “somewhat” is bc there are a few things left to do. There are two shelves on the wall, you can only see one in the picture. Bryan needs to get the third one up. It will go up over the lamp on the little nightstand next to the rocking chair. The dresser is empty of drawers bc it needs to be sanded, primed, and repainted. Don’t ask, I’m still bitter about it 🙂 Once it’s finished we’ll put clothes in there and put other stuff in the closet for storage. And also move the dresser to the final resting place. Otherwise the room is ready to go!

This past weekend my maternal grandma’s side of the family had a reunion in Tennessee. They are Leevers (it’s German). We left at 3am on Thursday morning and got back Sunday about 4:30. Bryan, Rina, my mom, and I all went. All my aunts, uncles, and cousins on that side of the family was there so it was fun. We had a good time but we were exhausted by the end of it. So was Rina. She took 3 naps yesterday after sleeping 12 hours that night. Bryan was able to go white water rafting on Friday which he said was fun. Then, on Saturday they took us all to a park and split us up into 4 teams. We were on the green team in case you couldn’t tell by Rin’s headware. Then we played games. My mom’s team (red team) actually won 🙂 All in all it was a fun time but it is nice to be home.
